Age requirement

AnimeBoxD is intended for users aged 13 and over. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 13, please do not use AnimeBoxD. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will close their account and remove their data.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Use a real email address so you can confirm your account and recover access if needed. Do not share your login with others. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

User content

You are responsible for notes, reviews, reports, and any other content you add to AnimeBoxD. By submitting content, you confirm it is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Please do not add content that is harmful, abusive, illegal, hateful, or misleading.

Anime and manga data

AnimeBoxD uses public anime and manga data for discovery and reference, including data from Jikan and MyAnimeList. AnimeBoxD does not own anime titles, manga titles, artwork, synopses, character names, studio names, publisher names, streaming platform names, trademarks, logos, or third-party metadata.

All anime, manga, artwork, trademarks, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. AnimeBoxD credits those owners and uses reference material only to support personal tracking, discovery, and fan discussion. AnimeBoxD has no affiliation with MyAnimeList, Jikan, anime studios, publishers, licensors, or streaming platforms.

Copyright and DMCA

AnimeBoxD respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on AnimeBoxD infringes your copyright, please contact us at vmb4manager@gmail.com with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• A description of where the infringing material is located on the site
• Your contact information (name and email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate

We will review all valid notices promptly and take appropriate action.

Limitation of liability

AnimeBoxD is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, vbuilder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or disruption of service. Your use of AnimeBoxD is at your own risk.

Availability and changes

We may update, pause, or change features as the app grows. We will do our best to give notice of significant changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
